May 21, 1961 – September 13, 2024

Of the Cattaraugus Seneca Territory entered into rest September 13, 2024 at age 63 She was the mother of Adrian Cooper, James Golden, Lauren Golden, Kendall Golden, Jasmine Cooper and the late Sandra Dee Cooper; pre deceased by her parents Floyd and Thelma Cooper and siblings Thomas, Loren, Greg, Bruce, Laurie and Roxanne Cooper and Cynthia Gordon and Carla Roberg; survived by her grandchildren James, Kloe, Rien, Dominique, Kia, Anthony, Mariah, Tianna, Elvern, Grady, Lena, Benjamin, Ayla and Blake. Great grandchildren Colton, Liliana and Cheyanne. Joy enjoyed a lifelong career as a bus driver. She was a lifelong member of the Pinewoods Community Association where she would share her passion for cooking traditional foods and teach all who were interested. Joy was extremely family oriented and considered matriarch of the Cooper Family. Friends and family may gather Monday, September 16, 2024 from 9 AM to 9 PM at the Cooper residence, 106 Hawk Meadow Drive, Cattaraugus Seneca Territory. Arrangements by ADDISON FUNERAL HOME INC.
