David Mercado

Of Irving, NY passed away Monday June 23, 2025 at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, at the age of 68. He was the Beloved husband of Victoria (Halftown) Mercado. Loving father of George Torres, David “Mojo” Mercado, Natalie Stahlman, Anastasia Bouquin, Gavin Mercado, Alexander Mercado, and the late Brooks Mercado. He had 16 grandchildren, 4 great grand children and many nieces and nephews. Son of the late Mateo Mercado and Bernadina Hernandez. Brother of Niada DeJesus, Mateo Mercado Jr., Edmee Esquibel, the late Efrain and Victor Mercado.

Visitation hours will be held from 10AM- 12PM and 2PM-6PM on Sunday, June 29th at the ADDISON FUNERAL HOME, INC. at 262 N. Main St. Angola, NY where funeral services will be held Monday at 10AM. David served in the United States Army, 82 Airborne Division. He was proud youth sports coach for many years, a devoted family man, a hard worker, and someone who always did right by others.
