Lamoreaux, Richard R. "Dick"
Of Angola, NY died November 22, 2007 in his Angola home at the age of 71.� Beloved husband of Carol (Kleese); dearest father and stepfather of Brian (Kimberly) and Richard (Phyllis) Kivler; loving grandfather of Michael, Meagan, and Jacob; great grandfather of Liam Michael; son of the late Russell and Dorothy (Hummel) Lamoreaux; devoted brother to the late Daniel (Betty), late Rita Lamoreaux, Roger (Kathleen), Leona (Edward) Allen, Lois (Edwin) Ohnmeiss, William (Lucy), Judith Lamoreaux, Thomas (Doreen) and Doris (Late Robert) Kelly.� Richard served in the US Navy during the Korean War on the battleship USS New Jersey and the guided missile cruiser USS Canberra, where he met President Dwight D. Eisenhower.� Richard was employed by General Motors, Chevy-Delevan, and retired in 1994; he was an avid outdoorsman, boater, and fisherman.� Friends may call Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at the Addison Funeral Home Inc.� 262 North Main Street Angola, NY where funeral services will be held Monday at 10:00 AM.� Interment to follow in North Evans Cemetery.
