Kathleen M. Slocombe (Russ)
Of Eden, NY , died unexpectedly in her home Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at the age of 55. Kathleen was born August 8, 1959 and was a resident of Niagara Falls most of her life, living in Eden for only the past two. She was a 1976 graduate of Lasalle Sr. High and a graduate of NCCC where she earned her degree in Secretarial Science. She enjoyed gardening and fishing with her son. She loved animals and took pride in making hats for the Kentucky Derby. She is survived by her son John(Jen)Surman; her beloved cat Lilly; brothers Jim and Tim(Vicki)Russ; sisters Christine(Mike)Cavanaugh, Margaret(Gary)Server, Patty(Carrie)Russ, Ruth(Joe)Hoffman, Vicky Maturani and several nieces and nephews. She is pre deceased by her husband's Joseph Surman and Albert Slocombe; son Joseph Surman Jr.; Parents Paul and Mary Russ and brother Paul Russ. A memorial service in Kathleens Honor will be held at a date and time to be announced. Arrangements by Addison Funeral Home Inc. Angola, NY
