Of Derby, NY Entered into rest December 12, 2015 at age 82. Alice was the wife of the late Joseph Kozlowski; mother of Kenneth Haulton and the late Kathleen Haulton and Laura Ryan; sister of the late Robert Kay; grandmother of Ken and Alex Haulton, Cassi Ryan and Mia Schmitt; great grandmother of Kayla and Gavin Schmitt. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at 10 AM in St. John Paul II Parish. Lakeview, NY. Friends invited, please assemble at church. Interment services will follow in St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery, North Evans, NY. Arrangements by Addison Funeral Home Inc.
