Alfred P. Alves Sr.
Of Angola, NY entered into rest Thursday, April 14, 2016 at Age 76. Alfred was the loving husband of Sandra N. (Swiatek) Alves; dearest father of Tracy Matteson, Alfred Alves Jr., Susan (Donald) Hayden and John A. Alves; grandfather of Matthew, Hailey, Hunter and Christopher; brother of James (Joy) Spanich, Albert Alves, Julie Domin and the late Michael Alves, JoAnn Alves and AnnMarie Alves; also survived by nieces and nephews. Mr. Alves worked in the maintenance department at Lake Shore Central Schools , Angola, NY and was a US Army Veteran of the Vietnam era. Family will be present to receive friends Monday, April 18, from 3-7 PM at the Addison Funeral Home Inc. 262 N. Main Street, Angola, NY where services with military honors will follow at 7 PM.
