Obituary of Lloyd C. Nagel

Nagel, Lloyd C. Of Angola, NY, passed away Tuesday January 17, 2017, in South Buffalo Mercy Hospital, he was 83. Beloved husband of Donna Nagel; loving father of Bradley (Mary Terra) Nagel, Wendy Sutton and Ronald (Mary Ann) Straub. Cherished papa of Olivia Straub; step grandfather of Jennine Terra Rybicki. Lloyd retired after 39 years of working for the Rail Roads. He started his career in 1955 with South Buffalo RR as a Demurrage Clerk, then was a lieutenant in the police Dept. for Lehigh RR, he finished his career as a Claim Agent in Risk Management Dept. for Conrail in 1994. He attended Bryant and Stratton where he earned his NYS General Insurance License and his NYS Real Estate License. He was also a former Co-Owner and Publisher of the Eden-North Collins Pennysaver. Lloyd was an Avid Golf player and was a member at both Tri-County and Gowanda Golf Clubs. Friends may call Thursday from 2-4 PM and 7-9PM at the ADDISON FUNERAL HOME, INC. 262 N. Main St. Angola, NY. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11AM in the First Church of Evans, Derby, NY. Flowers gratefully declined, memorials may be made to the First Church of Evans.
