Just saw this. I had the pleasure of working with Eileen in Child Protection Services in Erie County, NY. We remained in touch with Christmas cards. My last one from Eileen was Dec. 2016.
I always loved working with Eileen and hearing from her. I am so sad, but she had a life well lived.
