Passed away, unexpectedly, Saturday December 2, 2017 in his Village of Silver Creek home, he was 60. Father of Anthony J. Rusin and Dennis J. Harper Jr.; brother of Robert Gullekson, Fred Bradley, Deborah Reilly, Cheryl Harper the late James Harper and Barbara Gullekson. A celebration of life service will be held January 19, 2018 in the Hamburg Moose, at 1PM.. Mr. Harper was a member of the, Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge No. 89, Dunkirk, NY, where he achieved its highest honor of the “Pilgrim Degree Merit”. Arrangements by the ADDISON FUNERAL HOME, INC.
