Of N. Collins, NY, formerly of Angola, NY, passed away Wednesday December 5, 2018 in Roswell Park Cancer Institute, she was 48. Wife of Kurt Bojanowski; loving mother of Aaron and Angel Bojanowski; sister of Pamela Ott and Daniel Harkins. Daughter of Gerald and the late Maxine Ott. A memorial visitation will be held Saturday, December 15, 2018 from 3:30PM - 5:30PM at the ADDISON FUNERAL HOME, INC.
