Of Silver Creek, NY, April 22, 2019, Age 35. Beloved husband of Jasmine F. (Riva) Swartz; Loving father of Evelyn F., Melanie G. and Noah C. Swartz; dearest son of George F. and Robin (Vassallo) Swartz; brother of Cory M. and Kelly M. Swartz; grandson of Joyce Vassallo also survived by In –Laws, aunts, uncles and numerous cousins. Family will receive friends Sunday from 1-3 and 6-8 PM at the Addison Funeral Home Inc. 262 N. Main Street, Angola, NY , then Monday from 11 AM to 12:30 PM at the Salem Lutheran Church, 10 McClellan Circle, Buffalo, NY where services will follow at 12:30 PM.
