Loving husband of Donna (Heineman) Scheffer; father of Christina Case, Joshua, Benjamin and Angelia Scheffer; step-father of Brian (Crystal) Bernhard; grandfather of Autumn, Abigail, Jemma and 5 other grandchildren; son of the late Clarence and Lorraine Scheffer. David was a long time courier for Evans Bank. Services will be held at a date and time to be announced.
