Dear father of Kelly, Kayla and Kassandra Mayne; step father of Lisa and Michael Faraci; grandfather of McKenzie, Peyton, Jesse and Aubrey; son of the late John M. and Irene L. Mayne; brother of Linda (late Arthur) Reimer, John “Jack” (Susan), Kevin (Donna), Tebra (Christopher) Howard, Candice (Glen) Doepp, Tracy and the late Irene and Kelly Mayne.
Services will be scheduled for a future date. Arrangements by ADDISON FUNERAL HOME INC.
