Formerly of N. Evans, NY passed away in Indian Rocks Florida, July 18, 2021, he was 82. Beloved father of Lori DeMaria, Terri Bonne, Jodi Mallon, Jacqui O’Keefe, Lynnette Hazard and Christina Hazard. Brother of Richard (Nancy) Hazard, David (Kathleen) Hazard and the late Shirley( Ron) Peterson and Leonard (Mary) Hazard Also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and Nephews. Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by ADDISON UNERAL HOME INC.
