Joan A. Tomczak (nee McDonald)
Of Derby, NY entered into rest Nov. 23, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Nelson Tomczak; loving mother of the late Sue (late Jose) Delgado, Michele (Peter) Cooper and Janine Tomczak; sister of Robert (Carol) McDonald and the late William and late Jerome McDonald; cherished grandma to Shaun, Stephanie and Sarah Cooper. Joan operated Joan and Sue’s restaurant in Orchard Park for over 40 years with her late daughter Sue and other family members. Joan loved spending time with her grandchildren, going to the casino, traveling to Memphis and listening to country music. She became a cat lover (former dog person) and leaves behind her sad cats. Private services will be held as per Joan’s request. In lieu of flowers we know that Joan would rather you celebrate her life by putting $5.00 in a slot machine.
