Obituary of Jacob T. Hunter

Jacob Thomas Hunter Age 33 of Springfield OR, passed away on Thursday March 2nd, 2023. Jacob was an enrolled member of the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte, Turtle Clan. He is Beloved son of Larry Hunter and the late Gail Hunter; brother of Jason Hunter, Melinda Bull (Shawn Bull), Carlee Hunter (John Horvatits), Jessie Hunter (Jesse Leighton), Larry Hunter (Kelsey Hunter), Joshua Hunter (Myriah Hunter). He was a loving Uncle, Nephew, Cousin, Godfather, and friend. He was born and raised in Angola NY, and attended Lake Shore Schools in which he enjoyed playing Football, and Lacrosse. Jacob was known for his infectious personality, witty humor, clever jokes, and love for his family and friends. Jacob was awarded the “Mark of Excellence” an award given by GM to dealerships for superior sales volume and customer satisfaction, while at Kendall Chevrolet of Eugene OR. Jacob enjoyed working out, going shooting, and hanging out with his friends and family. Jacob lived a big, bold, and bright life. He was the life of the party, and people would often gravitate towards him. He is remembered by the unconditional love he gave, and the hearts he touched. Family and friends can find peace knowing he is in the loving arms of his mother. “If we could reach up and hold a star for every time you’ve made us smile, the entire evening sky would be in the palm of our hands” Family will be present to receive friends Friday and Saturday, March 10 & 11 from 1-3 and 6-8 PM in the ADDISON FUNERAL HOME INC. 262 N. Main Street, Angola, NY where funeral services will be held Sunday, March 12 at 11 AM
