Our deepest sympathy to all Robert’s family! My wife Elizabeth Tisdale (Diemert) and Robert grew up next door to each other. Bette who now has Alzheimer’s had a fond memory of younger days. Bette told me she used to watch tv at Bob’s house and they would each want watch a different program. Bette wanted to watch the Three Musketeers and Bob wanted to watch the Three Stooges. Bette said Bob would always win! Bobby was our Best Man at our wedding and tried to talk me into going to Saudi Arabia to guard oil pipe lines instead of getting married. We had a wild fire hall wedding. Though we grew apart over the years, we never forgot him and will always think fondly of him. We are very sad! Vernon Tisdale Jr.
