Carolyn E. Harvey

Age 83 of Glenwood Avenue, Silver Creek NY entered into rest May 27, 2023 in the Chautauqua County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Dunkirk, NY. Carolyn was born January 20, 1940 in Charleston County South Carolina to the late Joseph B. and Julia E. Cumbee. Carolyn is the wife of the late Llewellyn A. Harvey who passed away in 2013. She is survived by her four children; Renee (Sam) Azzarella of Silver Creek, Joseph Harvey of Silver Creek, Julie (Jeff) Alguire of Silver Creek and Howard (Michelle) Harvey of Silver Creek, her five grandchildren; Nicole, Brian, Paul, Ryan and Jacob and 8 great grandchildren. Carolyn is also survived by her sister Teencie Rhea of South Carolina and is pre deceased by several other brothers and sisters. Carolyn’s family was the highlight of her life and she was always up for an adventure and experiencing new things. She was a passionate animal lover, enjoyed crafting and bingo and was an avid bowler for 50 plus years. She will be greatly missed by many family members and friends. Carolyn’s family will be present to receive friends Friday, June 2, 2023 from 11 AM to 1 PM at the ADDISON FUNERAL HOME INC., 262 N. Main Street, Angola, NY where funeral services will follow at 1 PM. Interment services will then be held in Glenwood Cemetery, Silver Creek, NY. Memorials in Carolyn’s memory may be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation.
