Evelyn E. Schwartz (nee Schrader) of Farnham, NY died Monday September 7, 2009 in the Amber Unit at TLC Lake Shore Hospital, she was 85. Loving wife of Clifford; loving mother of Gary(Faith) and David(Lori) Schwartz. Sister of the late Edward Schrader. Dear grandmother of Adam and Andrew Schwartz. Friends may call Wednesday from 3-7PM at the Addison Funeral Home, Inc., where funeral services will follow visitation at 7PM. Pastor Richard Siemanns Officiating. Evelyn was a charter member of The Farnham Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxillary. In liu of flowers memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association. Interment will be in Holy Cross Lutheran Cemetery.
