Harold was a wonderful young man with an infectious smile! He brightened the lives of those fortunate enough to have known him. I looked forward to seeing him at our basketball games every year including this past season when he traveled in a snow storm to see us play at Maryvale. He will always be part of Lake Shore Basketball and will always have a place in my heart! I will miss you Harold, but I am comforted in the fact that you have gone on to a better place and I am sure Coach Emerson is there to welcome you home! Until we meet again...

Harold was one of the kindest, and sweetest persons I ever knew. It was a priviledge to teach him so long ago, and then, to have reconnected 3 years ago when he was working at Brierwood CC. Harold would MESSAGE me often, asking when we would see eachother again. My dear friend, the Lord had different plans for you and wanted you to be with Him now. I will miss your smile, your gentle soul and the laughter you brought to so many. Bless you, dear one, on your next journey! I will miss you..... Sue

Harold was the kindest man I have ever met. He was so sweet. When I mentioned his passing even my husband who is from Syracuse who met him only once years ago remembered him right away. I too, am a native of Farnham and can remember him getting on the bus every morning smiling at everyone whom he walked by. He will be missed by many & our hearts go out to his close friends and family at this very sad and difficult time. We many never know why such wonderful people are taken from us at such a young age. So to my dear cousin Chad, keep him company up there - you have another angel by your side now. May the world find comfort in knowing we have one more sweet soul watching over us. Respectfully, Krista & Kelly (Heller)

Words can never express the anguish felt when someone of Harold's caliber is so abruptly taken away from his earthly friends and family. To say "I am sorry for your loss" can only scratch the surface. Harold has always been a kind and gentle soul and will be remembered for this. I recall coming over to Mr. & Mrs. Henderson's, to visit, and Harold would always come over to say "hi" with his most contagious cheer and smile. Grandpa Oscar would always say "his love for life is catchy." May you find peace knowing Harold's love was constant and a true inspiration to us that were blessed to know him. Harold's kindness and zest for life spread as though it were a ripple in the pond of life; touching the lives of those around him - even indirectly. With my deepest condolences for your loss and understanding of his most wonderful spirit added to heaven above. May you find peace. With Sympathy, Roger, Lake Shore Senior High class of '93

Always had that trademark smile, and remembered me each time we met. My thoughts & prayers are with the family - a very kind person who will be missed! Melissa Cumming
