Irene J. (Edwards) Hall, of Angola NY, Entered into rest peacefully in her home surrounded by family Monday, April 23, 2012, she was 86. Born February 19, 1926 in Utica, NY. Irene is survived by Charles P. Hall, her husband of 65 years. Together they had 14 beautiful children, Michael, (late)Daniel, Mary Grace (Steven) Bauer, Catherine Jane (John) Ort, Elizabeth Ann (James) Meier, Bernadette Marczak, Marguerite (Robert) Burton, Christopher (Susan), Timothy (Kathleen), Patrick (Carol), Matthew (Patricia), Jacqueline (Tracy) Krug, and Stephanie. Irene is also survived by 32 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, four nephews and four nieces. She is preceded in death by her brother Howard (Rita) Edwards.
Irene was very religious, and regularly attended St. Anthony's RC Church in Farnham, NY. She enjoyed gardening, reading mysteries, crossword and jigsaw puzzles.
When her youngest child entered kindergarten, she returned to college and studied nutrition, earning a BS at Buffalo State College. She loved to travel.
Friends may call Thursday from 3 ��" 7 PM at the Addison Funeral Home Inc. 262 Main Street, Angola, NY. A mass of Christian burial will be held Friday at 10:30 AM in St. Anthony's RC Church in Farnham, NY. Please assemble at church. Interment services will follow in St. Anthony's Cemetery, Farnham, NY
