David Weeks, passed away unexpectedley, on Sunday May 6, 2012, in his Angola home, he was 73. Beloved husband of the late Joan Jezinowski. Loving father of Wayne Weeks, Tammy (Eric) Shaffer, Tina (Frank) Pignone and John Weeks. Brother of Richard, James and Jerry Weeks. Grandfather of Kaden, Hailey, Eric, Whyatt, Tookie, David, Elizabeth, Joseph, Bradley, Maximus and Nathan. Visitation hours will be held, Wednesday from 7-9PM and Thursday from 2-4PM and 7-9PM at the ADDISON FUNERAL HOME, INC. 262 N. Main St. Angola, NY where services will be held on Friday at 10AM. Pastor Steve Ridge, Officiating. Interment will follow in Lakeside Cemetery, Hamburg, NY.
