Tammy R. Schwan, died unexpectedley, Friday May 4, 2012 in her Angola home, she was 46. Daughter of the late Wayne and Caroline (Haskins) Schwan. Sister of Teresa Schwan and Blossom Peckham-Schwan. Funeral services will be held at the conveinence of the family. Arrangements by the ADDISON FUNERAL HOME, INC. Angola, NY.
