Loretta P. Nesteruk (nee Forma) of Angola, NY, died Sunday December 14, 2008 in Lake Shore Hospital, she was 78. Loving mother of Jacalyn (Thomas) Cox, Robert(Dawn) Nesteruk and the late John Kenneth Nesteruk; grandmother of Jennifer, Matthew, Allison and Angela. Wife of the late John Nesteruk; sister of Lorraine Kuberka, Helen O'Connell and the late Virginia Gentile and John Forma. Friends may call Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the ADDISON FUNERAL HOME, where prayers will be held Thursday at 8:45 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30AM in St. Vincent's Church, North Evans, NY. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
