Eleanor L. Chiavetta (nee Schwert) Of Brant, NY Entered into rest peacefully in her home May 25, 2013, at the age of 89. Eleanor was a 70 year resident of the town of Brant and Co-Founder of Chiavetta's Catering. She worked the catering business well into her seventies and visited the office daily into her early 80's. Eleanor was the wife of the late Thomas P. Chiavetta; loving mother of Thomas P. (Barb), Paul L. (Marie), Peter A. (Diane), Kathleen L. (Vinny) Keough and Nancy M. Chiavetta; sister of Barb Allen and Helen Bucierka, survived by 15 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Friends may call Thursday from 3 - 7 PM at the Addison Funeral Home Inc. 262 Main Street, Angola, NY where prayers will be said Friday at 9:15 AM followed by a mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Anthony's church, Farnham, NY. Interment services will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Brant, NY. Mrs. Chiavetta a member of the Lake Shore Alumni Assn. and Alter & Rosary Society of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church. In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Thomas P. and Eleanor L. Chiavetta Scholarship Fund, Lake Shore Central Schools, Angola, NY. Condolences at addisonfuneralhome.com
