Of Angola, NY passed away at home, Thursday, July 18, 2013, he was 60. True love of Fran Allan; loving father of Kasey (Matthew) Frazier; dear son of Shirley and the late Bernard Noel; brother of Brenda (Roger) Noel and Michael (Debi) Noel; grandfather of Morgan and Asher Frazier and Noel P. Merced also survived by nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held Saturday at 1PM in the Angola Wesleyan Church, 636 Herr Road, Angola. Arrangements by Addison Funeral Home Inc.
