Obituary of Lottie Ziobro

Lottie Theresa Kudla Ziobro, formerly of Angola, NY, died Wednesday November 11, 2009 in Sparks, Nevada, she was 94. Lottie was one of 8 children born to Stanislaw and Katarzyna Augustyn Kudla. She married Peter Ziobro on November 20, 1940, and together they raised 2 daughters, Patricia Ziobro and Jean Bergue. In 1968 Lottie and Peter realized their life long dream and moved to Angola on the the Lake. Lottie loved to play bingo and travel to new places with Peter and her family. A highlight of her life was her 90th birthday trip to Hollywood, where she met Bob Barker and saw her favorite TV shoe, the Price is Right. Lottie was a women of few words, but she was most generous of heart. She loved being with her granchildren, Gregory, Susan and Kathleen Barcklow, and her great grand children, Gregory and Carson Barcklow, Hana, Leah Sulmonetti, and Josh Barcklow Mitchell. In recent years she divided her time between her daughter's homes in Nevada and Calafornia, but Angola was always her home. Lotties family will bring her home for a wake service on Friday November 27, 2009 from 1-4pm and 6-8PM at the Addison Funeral Home, Inc. 262 N. Main St. Angola, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, Nov. 28, at 12 noon in Most Precious Blood Church, Angola, NY. Interment will be along side her husband of 57 years, Peter, in the Holy Cross Cemetery, Angola, NY.
