Amy E. Jacchino (nee Prosneick) of Brant, NY, passed away after a brief illness, in Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, NY, she was 42. Beloved wife of Andy Jacchino; loving mother of Jenna, A.J. and Sammy Jacchino. Daughter of Roger and the late Joanne Prosneick. Sister of Lisa (Thomas) Cuccia and Kevin (Melissa) Prosneick. Friends may call Tuesday from 6-8 PM at the ADDISON FUNERAL HOME, INC. 262 N. Main St. Angola, NY where funeral services will follow visitation at 8PM. Father James Fliss, Officiating.
