Found, Mary V. (Frazee)
A good and faithful servant, 89, of Angola, NY, departed all too soon on March 24, 2014 following an automobile accident. She was born on April 27, 1924 in Delphi Falls, NY to Russell and Viola (Blowers) Frazee, and was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Found (Coach) of Angola, Brother James Frazee of Fabius, NY, and son, David Found. Mrs. Found was a physical education graduate from Cortland State University, where she also met her husband. After living for a brief time in New York City, she and Gordon made their home in Angola, where Mrs. Found taught adult education classes, was a substitute teacher, and a devoted church member and leader. A woman of many talents, Mrs. Found sewed many of her own and her daughters' clothes, knit sweaters and other items for all of her family members, and was a great baker (her whole wheat rolls are legendary). She also became very interested in genealogy, volunteered at the L.D.S. genealogy library in Orchard Park, and helped many people research their ancestry.
She is survived by six children: Lonna (James) Johnson of California, Roberta (Rob) Campbell of Maryland, Patricia (Buddy) Clark of Buffalo, James Found of Cincinnati, Marcia Found Hawkes (David) of Colden, and Maria (Gunner) Tronolone of Orchard Park. She is also survived by Sister Jane Serednicky of Vermont, 13 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. Friends may call Thursday from 3PM - 8PM at the Addison Funeral Home at 262 N. Main Street in Angola, NY. Funeral .services will be held Friday at 11:00 A.M. in the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints, 12995 Rt. 438, and Gowanda, NY, where visitation will be held 1 hour prior to service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or Feeding America. Interment will be in Maplewood Cemetery, LeRoy, New York. Share your condolences at addisonfuneralhome.com
