James P. Battaglia "HONCHO", of Derby, NY, died Wednesday, April 30, 2014 in Buffalo Veterans Hospital, he was 65. Brother of Donna (late Bruce) Wutz and Donald Battaglia. Son of the late Phillip and Eleanor Battaglia. Uncle of Joseph(Tammy) Wutz, Teresa Wutz, Donald, William and Eric Battaglia. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 10, 2014 at 11 AM in the ADDISON FUNERAL HOME, INC. 262 N. Main St. Angola. Interment, with Military Honors, will follow in St. Vincents Cemetery. Mr. Battaglia served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the SPCA.
