James C. Mattina
Of Derby, NY, May 24, 2014 age 90, Beloved husband of Marianna (Liotta); dearest father of Carol (John) Cureo, Patricia Mattina and Louis J. (Susan) Mattina; brother of Jenny Mattina, Rocky Mattina and the late Josephine (late Ray) Faulkner and late Rose (Louis) Buccella; grandfather of John J. (Stacy) and late Michelle Cureo and Michael, Jenna and Grace Mattina; great grandfather of Samuel, Sophia and Bryce Cureo also survived by nieces and nephews. Friends may call Tuesday from 2-5 and 7-9 PM at the Addison Funeral Home Inc. 262 Main Street, Angola, NY 14006 Where Prayers will be said Wednesday at 9:00 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. John Paul II Parish, Lake View, NY. Interment services and military honors will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Cheektowaga, NY. Mr. Mattina was retiree of Ford Motor Co. a life member of VFW Post 5798, an Army veteran of WWII serving with the 82nd Combat Engineers. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project 4899 Belfort Road, Suite 300, Jacksonville, Florida, 32256.
