Janet was the dearest mother of Donna (James) Pollinger and Annette Szrama; sister of John Jr. (Christine) Thuerck and the late Robert (Janet) Thuerck; grandmother of Ashlee, Amber and James Jr. Pollinger. Honoring Ms. Szrama's wishes no services will be scheduled. Arrangements by Addison Funeral Home Inc.
