Formerly of Farnham, NY, passed away Friday, August 1, 2014 in her Village of Silver Creek home, she was 54. Beloved daughter of Ruth and the late Alfred "Butch" Kuczka. Also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends invited to attend graveside services on Monday, August 11, 2014 in the Brant Cemetery at 11 AM (Rte. 249, Brant, NY). Father James Fliss, officiating. Arrangements by the ADDISON FUNERAL HOME, INC. ANGOLA, NY.
