Of Farnham, NY, died Wednesday September 17, 2014, in Select Specialty Hospital, Erie, PA, he was 74. Beloved husband of the late Linda (nee Sicurella) Crouse. Loving father of Arthur L. (Mary Beth) Crouse III, Brian L. Crouse, Elleretta M. (Jeff) Carroll, Martin G. Crouse and Henrietta Hamm. Also survived by several sisters, 14 grand, 2 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Pre deceased by several brothers and sisters. Friends may call Sunday from 2-4PM and 6-8PM at the Addison Funeral Home, Inc. 262 N. Main St. Angola, NY. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 AM in Good Shepherd Church, Irving, NY.
