Joseph J. Catalano, of Angola, NY died Wednesday October 8, 2014 in Buffalo Veterans Hospital, he was 86. Beloved husband of Pammella (Burke) Catalano; loving father of Janice Struebel, Dianna (David) Harvey, John (Pamela) Catalano, Jeannette (Larry Mascio) Catalano and the late Joseph (Sue) Catalano. Brother of Rose Munshauser. Also survived by 14 grand and 14 great grandchildren. Friends may call Saturday and Sunday from 2-4PM and 7-9PM at the ADDISON FUNERAL HOME, INC. 262 N. Main St. Angola, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 12 Noon, in Most Precious Blood Church, Angola, NY, where Military honors will follow services.
Joe was the current Commander of Evans Township VFW Post 5798, where he had served as a past commander for over 27 years. He was instrumental in the Holiday Food Basket Drives for needy families and was active with BRIDGES, and Post Prom Parties. Share your condolences at addisonfuneralhome.com
