Of Irving, NY, passed away peacefully Dec. 24, 2014, in the TLC Health Network at Lakeshore Hospital, he was 104. Beloved husband of the late Esther Shaffer. Loving father of Theodore (Elizabeth) Shaffer and the late Marilyn Newman. Grandfather of Theodore, Kenneth, Lisa, Ryan (Colleen) McMahon, Heather VanSlycke and Michael (Flo) Newman. Great grandfather of Aidan, Amber and Calista. Friends may call Sunday from 3-7PM at the ADDISON FUNERAL HOME, INC. 262 N. Main St. Angola, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10:30 AM in St. Anthony's Church, Farnham, NY. Please assemble at church. Interment will follow in the Brant Cemetery. Mr. Shaffer was a member for over 50 years in the "National Grape Co-op". Share your condolences at addisonfuneralhome.com
