Clifford F. Schwartz, of Farnham, NY, died Sunday December 13, 2009 in Lakewood Health Care Center, Hamburg, NY. He was 87. Loving husband of the late Evelyn(Shrader); loving father of Gary(Faith) and David (Lori) Schwartz. Son of the late Martin(Eleanor Bergholtz) Schwartz. Brother of the late Harold Schwartz. Grandfather of Adam J. and Andrew R. Schwartz. Friends may call Wednesday from 3PM - 7PM at the Addison Funeral Home, Inc. where funeral services will follow visitation at 7PM. Pastor Richard Siemanns, officiating. Cliff along with his wife, owned and operated the "Grandstand" in Farnham, NY. Interment will be in Holy Cross Lutheran Cemetery, Farnham, NY.
