Evelyn Minchen, formerly of�� the Town of Evans and Buffalo, NY, �died in her home in Hudson, Florida, �January 5, 2008, she was 89.� Evelyn �is the loving� wife of the late Harry G. Minchen Cherished mother of Sharon Lee Regan of Boston, Mass., Daniel (Sandra) Minchen of Rochester, NY., and Marcia (Melvin) Letterer of Hudson, Florida.� Also survivedby 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.��Friends are invited to attend��a Funeral Service, Saturday January 19, 2008 at 11:00 AM�in the First Church of Evans, Rt. 5 and Sturgeon Point Rd. Derby, NY. �� In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Loaves and Fishes Soup Kitchen, c/o Lafayette Presbyterian Church, 875 Elmwood Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14222 OR Hernando-Pasco Hospice, 12107 Majestic Blvd. Hudson, FL. 34667.� Interment will take place in the Brant Cemetery, Brant, NY.
