Lerczak Jr. of Angola, New York, died Thursday March 13, 2008 in The Center for Hospice and Palliative Care, Cheektowaga, NY, he was 78.� Jack was the loving husband of the late Carol.� Dear friend and companion of Mary Ann Hopfer.� Father of Jack (Kathleen Mc Donnel) Lerczak, Paul (Jodi) Lerczak and Mary Margaret Lerczak.� Brother of Ann Szal, Jeanette Spencer, Eleanor Byrne,� the late Evelyn Drexelius, Leonard and Henry Lerczak.�� Grandfather of� Eric, Sarah, Stephen, John Joseph, and Caroline.� Great grandfather of�� Mitchel.�� Friends may call Monday from� 2PM - 8PM at the ADDISON FUNERAL HOME, INC. 262 N. Main St. Angola where prayers will be said Tuesday at 9:00 AM followed by A Mass Of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM in Most Precious Blood Church, Prospect St.� Angola.� In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice Buffalo Inc., Roswell Park Cancer Institute or the American Heart Association.� Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery. � ���
