Elizabeth J. Chodacki-Berns " Betzi", of Farnham, NY died Wednesday, May 14, 2008 in Lake Shore Hospital, she was 65.� Wife of Charles A. Berns; loving mother of Joan R. Lewis, Amy B.(Mike) Ohl, Jon M. Lewis Jr., and Charles S. Johnson.� Sister of Margaret (late Leslie) Lentz.� Also survived by 5 grandchildren.� Friends may call Friday from 2-5PM �and 7-9PM at the Addison Funeral Home,Inc. where funeral services will be held Saturday at 1:00PM.� Interment will follow in Holy Cross Lutheran Cemetery, Farnham, NY.� In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the S.P.C.A. or a charity of ones choice.
