Dennis M. Houghton, of Angola, NY, died unexpectedly on Saturday February, 13, 2010, he was 69. Beloved husband of Nadine S.(Grunder) Houghton; loving father of Daniel(Dawn) Houghton, Susan (Scott) Walker, Janet S. (Matthew) Semsel and Lynn (Matthew) Jones; brother of Leonard (Betty) Houghton and Alice (Peter) Hadley. Cherished grandfather of Justin, Benjamin,Stephen,Evan,Joshua,Eric,Nicholas,Ava and Jack. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends may call Tuesday from 6-8PM and Wednesday from 1-3PM and 6-8PM at the Addison Funeral Home, Inc. 262 N. Main St. Angola, NY. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11AM in the Angola Wesleyan Church, 636 Herr Road, Angola. Pastor Michael Poore officiating. Dennis was a charter member of the Angola Wesleyan Church. A devoted Christian, Husband,Father and Grandfather. In 1997, he retired from the Ford Motor Company, to do the things he enjoyed, Woodworking, Fishing and helping others. He was also served in the Navy, from 1964-1960. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Angola Wesleyan Church.
