Francis A. Carstens "Red", of Angola, NY died March 3, 2009 in Lake Shore Hospital. He was 92. Husband of the late Phyllis(Peacock); dearest father of Fred (Judy)Carstens; grandfather of Frederick (Carrie) and Chase (Becky) Carstens; great grandfather of Tristan. Brother of the late Frederick, Madeline Draper and Edna Stevens. Also survived by nieces and nephews, Kelly, Tracy, Ro and TJ. Friends may call Friday 2-4 and 7-9PM at the Addison Funeral Home, where services will be held following visitation at 9PM. Pastor Stephen Ridge, Officiating.
