I had the absolute privilege of working with Steve at the Police Academy. He had a way of teaching and working with the recruit officers that taught the other instructors at the same time. He will be deeply missed. I am thankful for the time that I spent with Steve and for all that I was able to learn from him. My prayers are with the family of this true gentleman.
