Sally J. Holbrook (Nee Case) of West Seneca, NY died Sunday May 31, 2009 in the Erie County Medical Center, she was 52. Beloved wife of Leslie Holbrook; dear mother of Timothy and Theresa Hageman; sister of Nancy(Michael) Wintering, Diana Hyland-Karamanos and the late Ray, Michael and Lewis Case. Family and friends invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, at 10AM in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Lakeview, NY, where the family will be present to recieve friends at 9AM, prior to the service. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
