Anna was so much more than an aunt. Kind, generous, funny, feisty and gracious can only begin to describe her character. She made so many of our family gatherings memorable and was the glue that held us together. There is immense sadness in her passing, yet relief knowing that she is now unfettered. Anna will always remain in our hearts and be forever loved. And as my aunt would routinely conclude many a gathering, “good bye darling, it’s been grand, every moment.”
