Helen Zak, of Derby, NY, died Saturday March 6, 2010 in Buffalo Mercy Hospital, at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late Walter Zak; loving mother of Patricia (Thomas) Jaworski,David(Jodi)Zak,Dennis(Mary Ellen) Zak and Deborah (Michael) Cronmiller. Sister of John(late Helen) Kulikowski,Mary(late Michael)Kushner,late Katherine(late Ray)Whipple,(late Steve(Rita) Kull, late George(late Veronica) Kull, Anna(late John) Czodli,late Dorothy (late Matthew) Skotnicki,Rosie(Paul) LaChance and the late Michael(Jean )Kulikowski; also survived by 18 grand children, 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call Monday from 4-8PM at the Addison Funeral Home Inc. 262 N. Main St. Angola, NY. Where prayers services will be held Tuesday at 8:45 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM in St. Vincent de Paul Church, N. Evans. Flowers greatfully declined, memorials may be made to Hospice Buffalo, Inc. Interment to follow funeral service in St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery.
