Joan M. Ulak (nee Dube)
Of Perrysburg, NY entered into rest September 4, 2015 at age 74. Joan is the wife of the late John Ulak and late Nicholas Spratz; dearest mother of Nicholas (Donna) Spratz, Mark, James and the late Michael Spratz; step-mother of Mary Jo Dodson, Laurie Ulak and Julie West; very dear friend of Timothy Dodson; sister of the late Theresa Kernin. Also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Memorial services will be held Saturday, September 12 at a time to be announced in the Perrysburg-Dayton United Methodist Church, 12035 Main Street, Perrysburg, NY. Arrangements by the Addison Funeral Home Inc. Angola, NY
