Formerly of Angola, NY Entered into rest October 3, 2015, at age 49. Keith was the husband of Susan (Headley) Fort, father of Julia, Keith Jr., Adam, Crystal and Jessica Fort; brother of Cheryl Szpara, Donald Jones, Tina Jones, Jay Lee Jones and the late Susan Fort; grandfather of Cameron, Melissa, Edward, Nathan, Michael, Isabella, Nevaeh, Aniyah and the late Keith. Family will be present to receive friends Monday Inc., October 5, from 5-8 PM at the Addison Funeral Home, 262 N. Main Street, Angola, NY where services will follow visitation at 8 PM.
