Of Angola, NY Entered into rest April 8, 2016, age 91.
Born April 15th, 1924 in S. Buffalo to Herbert & Viola (Becker) Hilton. He graduated South Park High School in 1941, married Alene Gustafson in 1956. Predeceased by wife Alene, sister Doris and one grandchild; survived by brother Herbert Hilton of San Diego and by 3 daughters with his first wife June York; Cindy, Lois, and Becky, 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. After serving in the Air Force, graduated from ASU in 1948, attaining a Masters and D.E.D. from Penn State in 1965. He was a professor, admissions counselor, and Dean of Student Affairs at various Penn State campuses then opened a private counseling practice. Member of the Holy Cross Church, Lions Club, Masons, Kiwanis, DAV, American Legion, Penn State and Arizona State Alumni, Professor Emeritus at California University. Family present to receive friends Saturday, April 16, from 10 AM to 12 Noon at the Addison Funeral Home Inc. 262 N. Main St. Angola, NY .Memorial Services will follow at 1 PM in Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Farnham, NY
