Of Derby, NY, July 24, 2016, age 47. Loving wife of Christopher A. Pauley; dearest mother of Christopher M. Pauley and Brittany Hoerner; daughter of Mary Anne E. and the late Ronald R. Hapman Sr.; sister of Ronald R. Jr. (Joleen) Hapman , Michelle Hapman and the late Kim West; daughter in law of Jean Marie Pauley and the late George Johnson; godmother of Hannah Hapman. Family will receive friends Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Addison Funeral Home Inc. 262 N. Main St. Angola. NY Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 AM in the First Church of Evans, corner of Sturgeon Point Road and Rt. #5 Derby, NY. Tammy was a 1987 graduate of Lake Shore High School in Angola and received her Masters of Physical Therapy degree from D’youville College, Buffalo, NY in 1992. She worked as Director of Rehabilitation at the Waterfront Nursing Home, Buffalo, NY for 21 Years. Tammy was a kind and loving person and known best for taking care of her family members. She enjoyed water, sunsets and travel, particularly to Sanibel Island, FL. She was also passionate about her cats and gardening at her home.
